Gentle yoga is perfect for releasing tension in tired muscles and achy joints. You will feel invigorated and refreshed after this 45 minute practice. *You must be comfortable getting up and down off of the floor.   Class Duration: 45 Minutes What You Need: A yoga mat and an open heart
