Seated Strength Class

The perfect class for building strength from the seat up. Whatever the reason, you may need to stay seated, and you can still build your strength and get your heart rate up from the safety of a chair.

 

Class Duration: 30 Minutes

What You Need: A sturdy chair and some light hand weights (optional)

 

A “Watch Now” button will appear 15 minutes before class start time
