Stronger Circuit is a mix of all the things that help us get stronger physically; from strength and resistance training, to balance, to yoga. This class will guide you through a 45 minute circuit of a little of each, leaving you with an overall sense of strength and ease.
Class Duration: 45 Minutes
What You Need: Possibly a variety of hand weights, a sturdy chair and a yoga mat.
