Available Classes

Chair Yoga

Open yourself up through breath work and gentle yoga stretches meant to reenergize and revitalize your body from the safety of a chair. Class times vary and may or may not include additional meditation.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is perfect for releasing tension in tired muscles and achy joints. You will feel invigorated and refreshed after this 45-minute practice. *You must be comfortable getting up and down off the floor.


Let’s use our own bodies to build strength and stamina through repeated resistance moves.

Seated Strength

The perfect class for building strength from the seat up. Whatever the reason you may need to stay seated, you can still build your strength and get your heart rate up from the safety of a chair.

Cardio & Strength

This 30-minute class is designed to get your heart rate up and build strength, ideal for those who are ready to kick things up a notch with both their stamina and overall strength.

Stronger Circuit

Stronger Circuit is a mix of all the things that help us get stronger physically; from strength and resistance training, to balance, to yoga. This class will guide you through a 45-minute circuit of a little of each, leaving you with an overall sense of strength and ease.

Working with Balance

Increase your stability and lower your risk of injury with a regular balance practice. You will need access to a stable chair and a wall.

End the week EmPOWERment Practice & Mindfulness Meditation

Using powerful readings, quotes and poems, gratitude lists and writing prompts to focus our attention on getting desired outcomes. EmPOWERment practice is meant to help you focus on manifesting and affirming what you want, even if it’s as simple as having a better day.

Coffee Talk

This is exactly what it sounds like. Let’s connect for 30 minutes over your favorite morning beverage. Safe space for all to share or not share, feel supported, seen and heard.
